I thought we got just about everything right in this one , apart from finishing our chances and that's what cost us .
We started well and very much on the front foot and looked like taking an early lead only to be denied by the woodwork .
That disappointment didn't affect us for long and I was pleased with the way that we were creating scoring chances , some of which seemed easier to score than miss , but we did and I got a sense that this might come back to haunt us . At times you really have seen it all before and so when we under hit a back pass from a rare moment of coming under pressure , we were punished and was at the break undeservedly 1 goal behind .
What could I say , other than be more efficient in attack , take a couple of chances that will come your way if the game follows the first half pattern , defend the situations that you have to without mistakes and get yourselves the win that the performance deserves .
We did perform in the second half apart from take our chances and so lost again by the odd goal .
That what everyone sees , the result , and that's all that actually matters , so that has to be our focus as we continue to stay at the bottom of the league .
Its not quite a crisis yet but we need to start winning and there needs to be personal accountability for the part each individual plays whatever the result .Emotions are creeping in because of the frustration of losing when perhaps we shouldn't and at times the only way to manage that on the pitch is with a win .
